Release notes

Development release package for the 9.1.x release.

The 9.1.x branch will open for development by April 1st and will include the latest commits. 9.1.0 is scheduled for release in December 2020.

Those interested in testing the upcoming releases of Drupal core should continue to work with the 9.0.x and 8.9.x branches until 9.0.0 and 8.9.0 are released on June 3, 2020.
