With this module comments can be full nodes. For every content type you can choose to use different content type as comment, or to continue using Drupal core comments.
Thanks to this module, comments can have fields, revisions, taxonomy, uploaded files, access control and anything else that comes from the goodness of nodeapi.

Whois lookup

Enables privileged users to lookup Whois information of domain names or IP addresses. Features include AJAXified results, hourly threshold, watchdog logging, and style of whois output.

Requires GPL licensed phpWhois library for whois servers list, and querying. Whois lookup form is available at ?q=whois. Alternatively, accessing ?q=whois/example.com will return Whois information for example.com

User Quota

User Quota Alteration Screen

User Quota provides a system of limiting users to create a certain number of nodes of a certain type. The framework keeps track of the history where users may have gained (or lost) a specific limit. If a user does not have a quota for a content type then they can create as many of that item as they want (as long as their roles allow it).
