This module contains Embedded Video Field providers (i.e. emfield's emvideo module) that don't currently have their own "Media: " module yet (see the emfield project page for more information on the move towards the new and vastly improved Media Module). The hope for this project is that it will eventually be phased out as new maintainers step up and take ownership of individual provider integrations, but I wanted to make sure that current users of these providers can still use them with Emfield 6.x-2.x (assuming they're even working). This module's issue queue should also be used for any issues regarding the currently included providers.
Current providers include:
Custom URL (for embedding video files directly)
Dailymotion
Guba
Google Video
imeem
Last.fm
LiveVideo
Livestream
Metacafe
MySpace
Revver
Sevenload
Spike TV
Tudou
Twistage
ustream live
VoiceThread
Yahoo Music
Get involved! Maintaining a Media Provider file is a great way to get started with Drupal module development/maintenance, so if you're looking for a way to get a foot in the door, take a look at the currently included provider files and start your own "Media: " project to house it (you could also help out with a current provider or create a new one)! If you're interested in taking over a provider file, please open an issue in this issue's queue.
AlchemyAPI provides content owners and web developers with a rich suite of content analysis and meta-data annotation tools.
AlchemyAPI uses statistical natural language processing technology and machine learning algorithms to analyze your content, extracting semantic meta-data: information about people, places, companies, topics, languages, and more.
Expose the semantic richness hidden in any content using named entity extraction, phrase/term extraction, document categorization, language detection, structured content scraping, and more. Use AlchemyAPI to enhance your website, blog, content management system, or semantic web application.
Alchemy does several things, but this module currently concentrates on Alchemy's term extraction tools:
Keywords: This tool extracts keywords from node and page content, similar to the Yahoo! Term Extraction API but provides higher quality keywords that are more useful for SEO
The TranslateThis Button is a lightweight Javascript translation widget that translates any page quickly using Ajax and the Google Language API. This module is a Drupal integration of the TranslateThis Button code.
What does it do?
This module adds a small button to your site to select a language. Once a user translates a page on your site, any of the other pages they visit on your site will be automatically translated. This allows the script to translate your entire site, and won't effect other visitors. At any time the user can stop the automatic translation either by clicking the "cancel" link during the translation or the "undo" link after the translation completes.
Additionally if the page is translated back into the original language, the automatic translation will stop. If you would prefer not to use the automatic translation functionality at all, you can disable it.
Usage this cool translation module is simple: just download and enable the module, and place the block in the preferred region.
UUID Features 7.x-1.0-alpha3 fixes some HTML code that made the module completely unusable. Please update ASAP. If you're experiencing WSOD simply remove the module files completely then upload the latest version. The latest version now works with UUID 7.x-1.0-alpha3. Please report any bug you encounter in the issue queue.
The UUID Features Integration module provides a mechanism for exporting content (nodes, taxonomy, fields) into a features module. What's that you say? You thought features was only for configuration? This module is meant to be used in the cases where certain pieces of content straddle the line between pure content and configuration.
Examples:
There are relatively static pages (like an About Us page) that have links from your primary navigation. If these were to go missing, your client would certainly say the site is broken.
You maintain page nodes for items like Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. These nodes appear on several sites and should always be the same.
