Lightning Layout provides modules and configuration for great layout authoring experiences. It uses core's Layout Builder to enable a drag-and-drop experience when laying out pages.

Lightning Workflow includes tools for building organization-specific content workflows using the Workflows and Content Moderation modules in Drupal 8 core.

Lightning Media provides modules and configuration for great media authoring experiences.

Lightning Core provides shared base functionality and APIs for other Lightning modules. You probably won't have a reason to install it unless another module requires this one.

This module add multi language functionality to the site and to the basic content tapes, add switcher languages block to the header of Bartik Theme.

How to apply.

This module allows to add hash in the menu links. Additionally one can also add hash with a div ID required for scroll to actions.
