I've been using the D7 contrib module Disable Node Menu Item and ported it to D8.

This simple module provides a form block allowing users to subscribe to a Mailjet contact list.

Expanding on Jobvite 7.x-2.0, this enables handling of jobvite api v2.

With this module one can get media from a telegram own bot to any drupal 8 site. By now only links are captured.
