Fancy Multiselect

Description

This module allows the http://drupal.org/project/jquery_multiselect module (which include the jquery ui multiselect plugin) to be included as a cck widget

Get involved

Dependencies

  • The http://drupal.org/project/jquery_multiselect module includes the jquery ui plugin
  • Since the jquery_multiselect depends on the jquery_ui module which needs the 1.7.3 lib of jquery ui which in turn needs the jquery update module I packed an archive including all four modules needed and their correct libraries at http://dominiquedecooman.com/contribtion/drupal-module-fancy-multiselect. Drupal.org module releases only allow a release without the third party libraries so if you need the official releases you ll need to download them seperatly and install the js libraries yourself.

Translation Management

Translation Dashboard

Translation Management provides complete workflow management for multilingual Drupal sites.

Content managers can manage all translations from one central page. The module shows which contents need translation and notifies translators about what they need to do.

The module introduces a new Translator role. This role allows translating between specific language pairs. Translators have individual job queues, showing documents that were sent to them for translation.

Translators can translate everything without having to learn Drupal administration. Node contents, menus, taxonomy, CCK, blocks and strings are all translated from the same interface.

See the Translation Process »

All Drupal Contents Translated in One Place

The module shows everything for translation in one screen, called the Translation Dashboard.

From there, admins can see what's translated already, what needs update and what's new. Then, they choose contents and send to translation.

When enabled, users with permission to access the Link to this block will see three self-populated form fields; each field will have within it a pre-formatted, self-highlighting text area containing HTML code with a link to the page being viewed.

Facet API

Facet displays

Overview

The Facet API module allows site builders to easily create and manage faceted search interfaces. In addition to the UI components that come out of the box, themers and module developers can build their own widgets that can optionally be contributed back to Drupal.org. Facet API works with the core Search, Search API, and Apache Solr Search Integration modules (including Acquia Search) meaning that code and configuration can be reused as-is with the most popular search solutions available to Drupal. Refer to the documentation for more details.

How to Contribute

Apache Solr Panels

Create custom Apache Solr Search Integration pages with Panels. This module exposes the search form, search results and information about the search as panes for use in Panels. This allows for more flexible search pages and results.

Boron (HTML5 base theme)

boron-logo.jpg

Boron is a base theme for Drupal which converts the core template files to HTML5 markup. Like other minimal base themes, such as Zen and Stark, it includes only a few lines of layout-driven CSS, and markup that is search engine optimized.

Unlike the others, Boron utilizes the new HTML5 doctype and semantic elements, such as Article, Header, Footer, and Section. The result is a standards-compliant theme with valid markup and minimal CSS that can be used as a jumping off point for developing new sub-themes. This leaves your site positioned to take advantage of new HTML5 features as they come into vogue.

Note: If you prefer Zen, check out our Boron for Zen sub-theme! All the benefits of Zen, with all the HTML5 goodness of Boron.

Philosophy

The goal of developing this theme was to convert the core Drupal templates to HTML5. Wherever possible, core markup, attributes and class names were left intact, and elements were simply converted to their HTML5 equivalents. This should make development easier, since this theme follows the standards and philosophies established by the core templates.

Features

  • HTML5 doctype and meta content-type
  • Header and Footer sections marked up with header and footer elements
  • Navigation marked up with nav elements
