UIkitty 3

UiKitty 3 is now deprecated and all development on UIkitty 3 has been moved to the UIkitty main project which is actively maintained and updated.

Sites previously built using UIkitty 3 should work fine by switching the base theme in the theme_name.info.yml from 'uikitty3' to 'uikitty'.
