Tripal is a toolkit for construction of online biological (genetics, genomics, breeding, etc), community database, and is a member of the GMOD family of tools. Tripal provides by default integration with the GMOD Chado database schema and Drupal, a popular Content Management Systems (CMS). Tripal is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2.

A set of drush commands to get information about and run queues.

It is a module that implements a multifile upload component for webform module, using the jquery multi-file upload plugin to do the trick.

This module/sandbox was created as a proof-of-concept for using the Face.com API for smart image cropping. The idea originates in #910142: Implement face-detection and the SmartCrop module.

This project includes 2 modules:

• FaceAPI is a wrapper for the Face.com PHP Client (which itself is a wrapper for the REST webservice)
• FaceCrop provides an image cache action "Face Crop", which tries to detect faces in a picture and then uses the first detected face as the center for the crop.
