tmgmt 8.x-1.0-beta2

This release provides a number of improvements and bugfixes, especially for our default views, UI's and a lot for the local translator.

There are also a few API/feature additions e.g. in file translator to allow exporting XLIFF with CDATA and use the API to create XLIFF files or specific job items only.

Be aware that the there are no update functions to change the updated views. Considering re-importing the job (item) views to get those improvements manually. There are also API changes in the local translator which was only recently ported and does not yet provide a stable API. Further changes there to be expected.
