tmgmt 8.x-1.5

This release includes a number of improvements that allow translation providers to maintain a custom translator state for a job item that is consistently used in the UI for showing the status and filtering. This is being used by TMGMT thebigword translation provider to provide information about the external review process directly within Drupal.

This required breaking changes to the tmgmt-progress-bar.html.twig template, customizations of that will need to be update.

Additionally, a number of bugs were fixed and some UI improvements where applied to the job messages view, specifically displaying the corresponding job item label for all messages. This change was not automatically applied to existing sites, to prevent conflicts. It is recommended that sites either add the label manually or by reverting the tmgmt_job_messages view to the new default configuration.
