Problem/Motivation

The plugin labels are random.

I'm totally lost in picking from a list of only 5 items... ;-)

Proposed resolution

Order the plugin lists / dropdown alphabetically.

User interface changes

Makes the dropdowns ordered.

Disagree. It's supposed to be sorted by by the weight, otherwise there would be no point in being able to sort them :)

Config entities have a default method to sort first by weight, then by label. We should use that. And we need to do it inside the helper function.
