Drupal 8.x

I want SocialEngine equivalent with all the functionalities to integrate with FaceBook and Twitter. I want students in our school to be able to chat, attend online sessions organized by the teacher, in a safe and secure manner, sort of like a social Engine.

Can someone help?

I am learning Drupal development and am doing a website for a private high school in my area (Southern California, Inland Empire). I am a bit green. Here are a few things I would like to know how to do with Drupal (I'm on 6.22 in case that matters).

1) "Parent/Child" menus that drop down like so:

2) A front page banner that rotates through images (as well as inserts a watermark) like so:

I have poi locations indexed with Apache SOLR. is it possible to display locations on map when bbox are change.
Which drupal modules i must use if possible ?

Hello,

I have a problem with writing a JS function which sets visibility of OpenLayers layer. I get the map object, get the layer object (its structure appears in Firebug), but when it comes to application of getVisibility or setVisibility function, the alert throws undefined value. Doesn't anybody know how to get to these functions? It will be problably only my beginner knowledge level of JavaScript...
