Drupal 8.x

Hi,
I need some tips suggestions on themes and frameworks to look at, before i install. I am very php,html,css experienced, but have very little Drupal experience.

I dont mind a paid theme if it has lots of good functionality. What frameworks or themes have you worked with that saved you a bunch of time? Which has lots of built in stuff for lots of users, lots of features? What kind of things should I look for in a framework?

I am lead coordinator of a major city Occupy site redesign. We need forums, calendars, voting, multi user roles and permissions, etc.

hi i just installed drupal and all went fine, however when a user tries regertering, it says

Hi,
I have a drupal 8 installation with a few users on it. I need to be able to create those same users on another machine elsewhere on the internet. Ideally I'd like machine B to periodically run a script that grabs this information from the first to create users with. They will be unix-based users FYI.

I'm pretty sure that simple MYSQL DB querries won't work because the usernames and passwords would be encrypted. I prefer to use Perl if possible to handle all of this.

I'm installing and configuring. When I try to configure the RADIUS Check Table (radcheck), I get the following errors:

The anonymous menu link must have a title.
Please enter a price per GB

I can't figure out where to configure these two things. Any pointers?

Look for a script / application / plugin that does a Wordpress to Drupal conversion, or a Drupal to Wordpress conversion. I'm actually in need of both...
