What is Featured Content Slider?

Featured Content Slider is a module to feature latest nodes in a block that displays as a slideshow. This makes a featured slideshow out of node content displayed in the block.

Features

1. Improved Code
2. Nice, configurable, themable slider.
3. You can control options like fade, auto-rotate, speed etc.
4. Can be associated with multiple content types (upto 3).
5. Comes configured with multiple blocks (upto 3)
6. New release has a contrib module that supports preconfigured images using imagecache, themeing, automatically creates a content type when the module is installed
and also supports embedded videos. It also automaitcally creates thumbnails for embdeded videos. It displays the slider like this one: http://www.cirm.ca.gov/ out of the box when installed.
Note:We have not tested contrib custom slider working together with the main slider yet.

The UC PagSeguro project aims to integrate PagSeguro payment services with Ubercart.

Better Formats

Better formats is a module to add more flexibility to Drupal's core input format system.

A similar module is available:
Allowed Formats

Features of Better Formats

8.x & 7.x

  • Set allowed text formats per field.
  • Set default order of text formats per field.
  • Hide format tips per role.
  • Hide more format tips link per role.
  • Hide format selection per role per entity.
  • Currently only works on Field API fields on fieldable entities implementing core style text processing. The good thing is that is most things in core and contrib.

Galleria

This module allows users to create image galleries using the Galleria jQuery plugin, found on http://galleria.aino.se.

Content Distribution

The content distribution module is for managing distribution of content from a single central website to one or many remote websites via web services.

A typical set-up includes one single 'content distributing' Drupal instance with 1-many 'content receiving' Drupal instances.

This module ties in with the nodequeue module to allowing 'queueing' of content on the content distribution instance. The remote sites may then subscribe to any nodequeues available on the distributing site and receive content which is added to these queues over web services.

Status

  • 6.x-1.3 should work with Services 6.x-0.15. This branch is no longer being actively developed; and although bugfixes from the new branch are being backported, no maintainers are currently using this release. Test the release and report your findings, but not on a live site!
  • 6.x-2.x is stable. The major change from the 1.x branch is the ability to use any Views arguments for the Distribution view, and subsequently the removal of the dependency on Nodequeue. The latest best release is running on live sites, though you are urged to try it on test setups first.

Requirements for the 6.x-2.x branch:

PNG Behave!

Corrects PNG alpha transparency in IE 5.5 and 6 using css behaviors instead of crawling the DOM.

Versions

  • PNG Behave! for Drupal 7.x is now an officially supported branch of the 6.x-1.8 base.
  • PNG Behave! for Drupal 6.x now has a 2.x-dev branch for testing the DD_belatedPNG lib, as well as an update to 1.8
  • PNG Behave! for Drupal 5.x now has it's final *hopefully* update to 1.9

Features

  • Works with any elements.
  • Works with backgrounds tiled, repeated, and stretched WITHOUT need for parent element confusion.
  • Works with dynamically created elements that match the css selector string or directly call the behavior.
  • Works on style AND class changes in runtime WITHOUT needing to call the script again.
  • And More!...
