Content editing experience

The Announcement Block module adds a block titled "Announcement Block" that can be given specific content and colours by whoever has the permission to do so.

This module integrates with the Cloudflare API service. Gives an admin user the ability to clear cache on a per node basis or can purge for the whole site (zone).
