Wordpress to D7 -> Saving images/media

We've successfully imported a bunch of posts from Wordpress, but the images that were embedded in the orignal posts just link to the old location. Is there a way to bulk download/upload images from WP posts so that they remain associated with the drupal posts?

Convert Kunena Forum (joomla) to Drupal

Hi. I have a website that's running on Joomla for a few years now. It has Kunena Forum.

I'm creating a new Drupal site. I would like to move just the Kunena forum to Drupal. I only want to move the forum part. (I'm keeping the old joomla as a separate site).

Is there a way to move just the Kunena forum into the Drupal forum?

I appreciate any help. Thanks very much. :)

Searching specific fields from custom content

Salam,

I'm new to Drupal 7, and i think this section fits with the issue i'm facing while trying to use drupal7.

What i want to do is :
1- Create custom content : Car (Color, Constructor, Model) which are text fields; OK
2- Add Car Content to my drupal7; OK
for exemple : (Green, Mercedes, 2009); (Blue, Renault,2005)
3- Search by model, by color or by date as keyword ; Not OK; I got "Your search yielded no results" but after two days i got my results

Using Drupal beyond its CMS functionality to create a web-based app

I have an Access-based stand-alone app that I would like to redesign to be used by multiple clients based on a SaaS model. Ideally, I would like to use open-source tools and have been looking at drupal as a potential framework. I like its modular design and the ability to use already developed menu and other functionality.

The current Access application is built around a specific workflow and business rules (encoded into the form validation as well as the database architecture) that as specific to one client. In the web version, I imagine that I would need to create a robust and customizable business rules as well as workflow engine so that different clients could use the same database for their business needs. I saw that drupal already has some of that functionality, but am not sure if it is suitable for my needs.
