Converting to Drupal

I saw there is a lot of modules are beta , even the most popular module Views is beta and has some bug I meet.

I want to look at the possibility of migrating multiple website (internal & external) to drupal. Our intranet site is using www.intranetconnections.com software. I want to know more about drupal & have questions.

Hello, right now I'm working on moving some of the contents from an old site to the new drupal site. I have moved most of the simple individual html pages to drupal successfully. However, I'm currently stuck on one of the flash section of the old site. I actually have all the source files for the section in a folder, which contains all sorts of files extension, such as swf, html, xml, as . Therefore, I cannot simply move this section piece by piece like before to the new site. Any suggestions on how to move this whole section? Any help would be appreciated!

My current employer is in the process of evaluating a replacement CMS for Serena Collage and I was wondering if anyone has any experience porting over content into Drupal. Beyond that, I'd like to know how intuitive and easy to use the platform is from a user perspective. We have a variety of skill levels at the office, from administrative assistants to designers who all need to know how to use it. Specific questions I would have would be summarized in two different categories: Authoring and Programming. They are as follows:

AUTHORING
1. What is this CMS really good at? Did it match your company's needs?
2. Do you find this CMS to be intuitive?
3. Did you find it had a ton of built-in functionality? Was it all necessary?
4. Is it easy for non-geeks to use? How was the WYSIWYG editor & authoring environment?

PROGRAMMING
1. Is the back end structure the platform is built on standards, is it logical, and well-organized?
2. Do the pages it creates have simple code and does it load fast?
3. Does it allow you complete creative control with its templating system?
4. How was the support and documentation?

I have a website up and running that I would like to improve, and so I am going to rebuild it a new layout and everything on Drupal for future expandability. I chose Drupal after several recommendations and clearly it's the CMS to learn and use. So far, it's been a little bit intimidating but I can see the potential!

I have an e107 website and would like to shift to drupal. My website is a news plus community website. I would like to convert the news, forum, and users. I have seen some post here regarding this but haven't seen a clear cut as of now, and some post are for the old versions. Kindly help.
