I'm just starting out with Drupal and working on a website for a college using Drupal 6. I’m wondering what’s the best way to have different local section navigation in the left-nav? For example the Section called “Alumni” might have left-nav links of “News, Events, Become a Member" and etc. Perhaps making some kind of special contextual block or menu that changes with each section. Maybe the section links can be children of the primary navigation links like Alumni and display in a special menu on the left somehow (might not be in the same menu as the login menu)?
hello, I have not been able to find an answer to this. So hopefully I can borrow some of the communities knowledge.
I prepared everything to migrate to Drupal, then I have successfully imported the data from the old site into Drupal7 and am almost ready to completely make the switch.
The only issue I am facing is the passwords. The current data comes from A Classifieds ad's script called Noah's Classifieds. I have the paid version (E-Commerce Edition).
I was able to get info from their end, I am just not sure if I am on the right path here.
