Converting to Drupal

I am developing a new Drupal website for a non-profit. The last challenge is incorporating a donation-submission form (using SecurePay US, for whom there is no applicable module): when the form code is inserted, the form simply doesn't show up.

I am still inexperienced enough with Drupal to not know whether this is a simple configuration issue (the page is set to Full HTML and I have disabled all HTML filters) or some inherent characteristic of Drupal itself.

Will post any other relevant information as needed. Can anyone help me out here?

So i have a drupal site up and running. However, I still need to use some older .html and .htm files. How can I tell apache or wamp how to display. www.example.com/Catagory1/index.html to look like www.example.com/Catagory1/ in the browser?

Noob question: I'm creating a site for a book editorial company. I'd like the site to display authors and each author will have a page for their bio, pictures, etc., followed by the books from that author.

I was thinking about creating a Vocabulary of authors and each term will be the author name. The term will have additional fields for bio, birthdate, and others. Then create a Content Type of books where one of the fields is the Vocabulary Author.

I am looking to migrate part of my code in drupal.
Actually, I have some live content within a node using ajax.
the script that is being called in the nodes "live outside for the moment" and query table using basic php to get some stats live.
I'd like to integrete those script within drupal so i can call all drupal function and add to that content some nice feature as alerts etc.

If it s possible how could I perform that ?

Drupal 7
In the user menu I created 'content' when a user click on 'content' two other submenu's are supposed to appear, but they don't. Althougt enabled and collapsable is linked to 'content'.
The template is Garland 7.8
In drupal 6 I used these things in 'primary links'
Any ideas ??
