Hi,
I'm thinking to install drupal in a new site but I need some advice being a newbie...
Is is possible / easy to create a site using drupal where users will have to create an account AND they will enter data that will displayed to others and have some stats?
If so which modules (add-ons) are available to do that? I would like to check modules descriptions before installing drupal.
#1 To create users registered page
#2 To create database Mysql
#3 To create HTML to input data
#4 To make stats and display them
A few questions about Drupal 6 and modules. I searched the site but wasn't sure if I missed this one but is there a way to find a list of the most popular or most downloaded Drupal modules? I know other sites make their own lists but I wanted to know from the horse's mouth.
I am so depressed,i have posted this question couple of times already. I can't get the register globals disabled either usig php.ini or changing .htaaccess file. The site is hosted on windows based hosting provider. i think it can be disabled by changing http.ini or httpd.conf . PLease any one tell me how can this be done.
I tried many things but i do not know how to do this.
I want to modify the content of a cck field when the status of my workflow is changing (In fact i want to put the user who changed the status).
I think it's possible to do it with the php code but i don't understand how to do it ?
I have a number of Drupal sites and I am just starting to think about upgrading to Drupal 6. I cannot however find any reference to what has happened to the Organic Groups concept in 6. A search on "Organic Groups and Drupal 6" does refer me to an entry by Gábor Hojtsy but I cannot find the information in the linked entry.
Is it possible using core Drupal 6 to set up Organic Group type structures or have the OG moduels for 6 just not yet been developed - or have they been dropped?
