is Drupal a good platform to interconnect blof, forum and wiki?

interconnection should imply only 3 things:

1. a common user accounting engine

2. a common tagging engine (it should be possible to assign tags to a blog article, a forum topic and to a wiki page; then the content should be available via a given tag combination, e.g. for the tag cmbination "fun+sport")

3. (optional) a common search through blog, forum and wiki.

I'm currently using mambo for my website ( http://www.schoonebeek.info ) and I want to redesign it.
The idea is to use google maps as background for the site with content floating on top. (current state of the new site at http://www.schoonebeek.info/2008/ ) -- all content is in dutch

I have a drupal site for a volunteer group that meet weekly.

I want to know if I can simplify the process of creating and publicing the weekly rota, which is produced once a month.

I would require that users view the rota, and particular roles, to edit it.
There are approx 6-8 jobs that require names to be put against them each week.
I would then email the list to all users.

Please let me know if this is possible - perhaps someone has an idea of how to use other modules to create this.

Hi - I am new to this system but heard much about it. Would like to know if it is possible to create a system with user registrations, where property owners can list their properties based on the account category payment (basic, silver, gold).
There is already some code and partial system in place (php code and mysql) but unsure how these two would work together or even if they could.
