MSSQL Import

Review Board

Review Board is a Drupal distribution for organizing and tracking Reviews of IT (or other) Investments (projects). Investments may be added and zero or more reviews associated with an investment. Reviews are listed in a tabular schedule ordered by date and broken up by year. Filtering is available for review status, type and associated operating unit.

Workflow is used to facilitate the back and forth of gathering information required for the review, such as a review date, meeting room and documents associated with the review as well as to provide the status of a review.

An optional custom notification module is included which provides workflow state transition notifications and turns on some sensible defaults when enabled. This module also provides email reminder functionality based on a review date, not workflow transitions, and comes with two defaults. Email templates management may be delegated to any role, but comes enabled for Review office.

Very basic score sheet and score summary functionality is also included. Board members may score investments up for review across five different subject areas:
