Installing Drupal

I'd like to install the Drupal distribution Open Atrium (https://www.drupal.org/project/openatrium) on our server ("WebHosting Premium" by Host Europe). After I set up the database, choosed the installation method and installed the profile, I get some weird unspecific error messages on an unformatted site (see screenshot). Yesterday I managed to get past this step and finish installation but the website was unformatted as well and was completely buggy.

Just got a new site, my first in some time. After much finagling I was able to install drupal 8 using MOJO installer. In an email after the install it just said that to login user: admin with no password. It won't accept a blank password. Moreover, when I try and reset the password to either admin or my email, it says password has been sent, but I don't receive anything.

I searched the site and the only answer I see is to reset it via sql. Been a while since I worked on a database, and doesn't seem like that needs to be the first thing doing with a new installation.

Hello! I'm starting to freak out a little bit. I have installed, deleted, re-installed, over and over and over again the latest drupal version, some old ones with distributions, etc...

anyway, my problem is I'm trying to learn this CMS but I'm not that advanced, so I was HOPING I could install Drupal and have it installed with a demonstration website fully loaded with content, so this way I can pick at each section and learn how to do this, that, etc, etc...

I am attempting to create a multi-site implementation with a shared database using Postgres schemas to differentiate the tables between sites. I am getting the following error when running install.php:

I'm experiencing this problem with uploaded images (logo) only. Pages show broken link icon where logo should stand.
Because I am totally new to drupal and was trying to get the feel of it first, I didn't bother at first.
installed corporateclean theme which looked fine until I switched off the standard logo and uploaded my own. Switching the standard logo back on gives it also missing.
right click>open image in new window to the missing logo on any page resulted in the following error :
