I'm trying to install Drupal 7.43 on a shared Linux server. I tried installing an earlier version just in case, and ended up with the same error. After I finish entering the data on the site configuration page of the install script, I get the following error message:
The requested page "/install.php?profile=standard&locale=en" could not be found.
I've looked for an answer to this specific question, but I'm not finding it.
I have an account on Bluehost, which has Wordpress installed on it. I need to keep this Wordpress site, and install Drupal in a subdomain - hopefully.
I don't know if this is possible, or feasible. I have created the subdomain, and can access the folder it created for it (the subdomain is apsis.samplesite.com, and there is an /apsis folder on the server. )
I'll probably just end up asking Bluehost support how to do this, but if anyone has any ideas, I'd be glad to hear them.
I've installed D8 by using git command in my local machine (in my laptop's hard) successfully and imported it to acquia dev desktop 2 in which gives a local site address (http://mynewsite.dd:8083) but when I chick on that URL, it unfortunately doesn't show the homepage and a page with below content is appeared:
Warning: require(C:\Users\Farhad\mynewsite/vendor/autoload.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Users\Farhad\mynewsite\autoload.php on line 14
