Drupal HTML5 Boilerplate is a theme project aimed at utilizing the fantastical HTML5 boilerplate by Paul Irish as a starter for your sub-themes in Drupal 7. The intent is to create a rock solid parent theme with all of the startup critical thinking being done for you and working perfectly out of the box. It's pretty much coated entirely in awesome sauce (or will be, one day).
