The fieldry (aka: field wizardary) module provides additional field widget and
field formatter configurations and utilities.

Prevents xss filtering and other markup stripping for descriptions in RSS feeds. Drupal Core will normally rewrite the description fields of rss items and then wraps the results in a cdata tag.
