It looks like this forum is now,  for most intents and purposes,  defunct.

While there is an active jobs board,  it seems like it is more geared towards full-time positions,  and not projects and/or consulting gigs.

Is there another place inside the Drupal.org / DA infrastructure that plays roughly the role/function that this forum used to?

I work with Drupal 7 and I need hire someone to build a good theme to it.

I use Drupal essentialy as a crud tool (a little more than this), and never as a website. 

I mean, I need a good theme for a classic Intranet portal interface.
