There is one for the D7 version https://www.drupal.org/project/commerce_node_checkout, it works very well, but we don't have anything for pay to publish for D9/10.. so am looking for someone who can upgrade the commerce_node_checkout to D9 version, once done it should upload to drupal module for continue development. its for myself and for the drupal community as well. please get in touch for your time needed and price.
