Paid Drupal services

We need our site upgraded from Drupal 7 to 8 or 9. 

We spoke to a developer a year ago, and never received his proposal, and don't have his contact info. I'm surprised by how few people seem to advertise this service.

We'd like to find a reliable, reasonably priced developer who can do a migration over to a newer version of Drupal, soon. Anyone?

Hi there, firstly, I've read the rules and since there's no start-up/partner forum, I'll hope the admins embrace Drupal startups and equity as well as paid work.

I'm looking for a backend Drupal Developer to join my exciting (no really) Drupal SaaS start-up. Venesco LLC is looking for a Drupal Web Developer to provide unparalleled support to our partner the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

We are a design company in Atlanta, GA.  We have a client looking to build a new 10+page information site in Drupal 9.  We will provide the design and are looking for a Drupal 9 developer to help with development.
