Paid Drupal services

First some information about me. My profile will say that I have been on for 10 months, but I am actually a hard core Drupal user. I have been using Drupal since Drupal 5. I took a break at 7 due to health (worked some with 8&9), but I am stuck in a project (using 7). 
I told you that,  so that you would know I can understand you,  when you "speak" Drupal in your replies to me.

We look for a experienced freelance drupal developer (custom module development, theming, restructuring under consideration of best practice). For minimum 2-3 months, maybe longer. We've been with the project for a few years now, taking it over with Drupal 7 and adding more and more features. Later we upgraded to Drupal 8 and now to Drupal 9. We are looking for an experienced Drupal developer to join our team. We need to optimize the project in a tight timeframe, bring it up to modern standards and remove legacy issues.

We need our site upgraded from Drupal 7 to 9, including preserving the views and our Drupal Commerce set up.

We also have a store bought theme that has a Drupal 9 version that uses slightly different tags and template code; but we made some mods to the D7 version of the theme using a custom CSS file and a few small mods to code in the template — these mods and CSS would need to added to the D9 version of the theme too
