This mean having a local environment, a stage environment and a production environment. Creating this environments as-a-code. Using git for everything possible. Using build servers to deploy to different stages. And docker container.

I have a cpanel back up of an old Drupal 4.6.5 site. The client has asked if I can get it back up and running for them.

I have installed the cpanel backup and uploaded the database, edited the settings.php file to use the new database info. The server has been set to PHP 5.4 which is as far back as the server goes.

Nothing loads, and the index.php file just downloads when I navigate to the domain.

The client doesn't have a huge budget for this but if it is possible to get up and running for 2-3 hours work I think they would be amenable.

Hey!  My e-commerce website is in bad shape. Customers can put things in the cart but if they try to checkout, They get an error. 

I'm looking for a recommended expert that can fix the problem. I'm on Drupal 6 and Ubercart 6. Yes, I know they're old I just need it fixed so I can limp along until I get a new website from a new provider. 

Of course, I'm concerned with irreputable people doing something bad once they get into the background, so I could use some reassurance that the person is legit. 

I don't mind paying for the work, of course.
