I have a cpanel back up of an old Drupal 4.6.5 site. The client has asked if I can get it back up and running for them.

I have installed the cpanel backup and uploaded the database, edited the settings.php file to use the new database info. The server has been set to PHP 5.4 which is as far back as the server goes.

Nothing loads, and the index.php file just downloads when I navigate to the domain.

The client doesn't have a huge budget for this but if it is possible to get up and running for 2-3 hours work I think they would be amenable.

We are looking for an expert freelancer (mid-level to senior) to manage a custom development in Drupal.
Project purpose is the creation of a platform for Workers and HR Managers. You will start from plain-vanilla Drupal, develop some custom modules, add needed DB tables and integrate some existing functionalities via APIs.

Hey!  My e-commerce website is in bad shape. Customers can put things in the cart but if they try to checkout, They get an error. 

I'm looking for a recommended expert that can fix the problem. I'm on Drupal 6 and Ubercart 6. Yes, I know they're old I just need it fixed so I can limp along until I get a new website from a new provider. 

Of course, I'm concerned with irreputable people doing something bad once they get into the background, so I could use some reassurance that the person is legit.
