We are a small Chicago nonprofit working out of Drupal 7 in need of someone with a background in design (plus Drupal, of course) to collaborate with our developer and help us update our landing page. This may end up being a fairly open-ended project based on how the work goes and other existing needs.

My ancient Drupal site (version 6)
is hosted by Siteground and they will soon be
upgrading to PHP 7.4, which my site will not work with.

Siteground related to me that it's likely just a module/plugin
that needs upgrading in order to make it compliant with PHP 7.4
(and I tried to keep the site simple
without too many add-ons when it was first created).

We have two Drupal 8 sites and three Drupal 7 sites we need assistance with. We're looking to first move the Drupal 8 sites. Both are kept up to date, use the same Bootstrap theme and are managed with Composer. The existing modules look to be largely compatible but we have not been successful in the upgrade process.

The Drupal 7 sites are going to be looked at by a designer before we move them to D9.

I'm in the early stages of a Drupal 7 to 9 upgrade. The site is hosted with Acquia and they provide a tool called "Migrate Accelerate" which has allowed me to get almost all of the data migrated over to Drupal 9. That said, there are a couple of field types with no migration path that I need help with.

I am looking to have a custom module made to block users from viewing another users content. I run an open social Drupal 8 site and want the ability to allow users to block other users from viewing their content and profile.  This should be a two way block, if user A blocks user B.  User B should not be able to view any of user A's content or profile and user A should not be able to view user B's content or profile.
