I've exported some date fields from Access to Drupal but they're not quite the right format. They're text fields with a space between the data and time instead of a capital "T"... The only way I know how to do this is to DL the table, modify in Access and re-upload... I know thats not the right way, so if someone could enlighten me on how I could transform the data, preferably with SQL although it could be a PHP file too...
I'm trying to put google ad's on my site but they wont show up even after 15 minutes, I have copied all of the code and pasted it into a block. How can I get this to work?
I am completely new to Drupal and am thinking of having a site rebuilt using the technology.
Is there a good book that i can use to get to grips with it, such as "idiots guide to Drupal"
i am not a developer, just very keen to find out more about what seems a very cool technology.
I am new to Drupal and looking for some help on the following problem.
I have some pre-existing PHP pages and I wanted to take these pages and integrate with
Drupal instead of recreating these pages again.
I was wondering if this is possible in Drupal. Coz, I read in some of the forums that all the
pages are stored as nodes in the database. So how do I integrate my PHP pages with Drupal?
I'm considering which CMS to use as a platform for a news site. For Drupal, is it simple to create a non-blog front page? I don't want to spend months learning design and views, but a simple "top story" box at the top of the front page, followed by the day's headlines below.
What ready-to-fly Drupal template would you recommend for such a usage? Thanks.
