Pls tell me where to upload my drupal site???

I have recently noticed a drop in my websites traffic and have discovered that my web host (godaddy) has been 302 my pages. For example http://mydomain.com/Economics/InflationAndTheInterestRate has been being redirected to http://mydomain.com/Economics/InflationAndTheInterestRate?30d34a08.

I believe this is damaging my visitor numbers and my place in google. So my question is:

I'm trying to find a hosting solution that can support a niche social network of at least 1,000 users, each with around 100KB of data that can be included in their posts (avitars, signatures and text). I have been thinking of using Hostgator's VPS Level 1 solution, shown here: http://www.hostgator.com/vps-hosting/

I don't know what the CPU and RAM requirements would be. Pages need to load in under a second, assuming the user has high-speed internet.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I developed my site in drupal 6. Everything works fine on my system. I transferred the files and exported the database unto a server and inserted the database username and password into the settings.php file. But when i try loading the site with the domain name, the index page loads perfectly well but any other link on the page just gives me a 404 error(File cannot be found on server). Can anyone please help me??

I have a drupal site with this address : www.parstargomeh.com and i have a host for it but there is problem in creating new account and also in sending the forms that i created using webform module.

I'm looking to change my hosting company. I'm looking for a reliable hosting company for my drupal site. Please could you give some recommendations for good drupal web hosts.
