Hosting support

Hello everyone
I create a website on Linux/Apache and I want move it to Windows/IIS 6 here , my panel is Plesk.
I can't upload files and images and my Images that customize with Imagechach module not shown!
I guess folder permission not trust.
where I can find a list of Drupal folder permission?I don't know how to set permission in Plesk,Please help me ..!? :(

I am exploring the idea of starting a hosting service dedicated to drupal. I've used drupal for lots of websites and I have always found shared hosting to be slightly lacking whether the php memory limit was a little low or it was impossible to get drush installed.

I tried to set up a cron job up on my 000webhost account running drupal, and am not sure if I have done it correctly, does anyone know how to set up on 000webhost?

I'm back after a three-year hiatus and it looks like many things have improved for the newbie. I had to admit defeat after four months of tassling with version 6, but I'm glad to see that there are now "quick hosted sites"...only, which is best?
