has anyone suggestions about hosters that offer managed hosting including automatic Drupal system updates.
I've only found one German hoster called 1und1 who offers a so called "Safe Mode" including automatic security as well as major updates. Of course the functional range of the underlaying Drupal according plug-ins is limited but this is OK for me.
Moreover the hoster should offer a package for managing up to 1500 websites. This means at least 12 GB of memory and more than 500 GB of storage.
I have a content type called Tesis. I as an admin can add a new Tesis to my page. Unfortunately normal users can´t add a new Tesis and when they try to add one they are redirected to the main error page of my site. I was wondering where the error is that doesn´t let people add a new Tesis and if it´s a problem with drupal or my server and where should i begin looking. I´m new to drupal so i am a bit lost.

Can anyone help me figure out if the requirements for my site comply with the offer of Aquia hosting services.
I am low on budget but try to get professional hosting at Acquia. Because the future of this project defenitly needs this professional hosting service.
The site is www.moslimvandaag.nl a news portal for the muslim community in Netherlands.
I have built a site using Drupal 7 and am trying to get it from my local server to my hosting companies server. I have transferred the site files to the ftp and imported the database to the hosting company. I requested that the site be placed in a testing environment and when they and I go to that URL we see the Drupal installation page.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
