Problem viewing site on host server

I recently migrated my Drupal 7 site from my local server to the host server and have it set up as a test site. At first I was getting the White Screen of Death. I was able to view an error log on the server side of the ftp and noticed this error showing up:

GreenGeeks VPS Review - refusing to cancel account / threatening

Hopefully someone can get this resolved. Ticket ID: KWB-324-64140

What?

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/elarahem/public_html/elara.se/sites/all/modules/context/plugins/context_condition_path.inc' (include_path='.:/opt/alt/php53/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php53/usr/share/php') in /home/elarahem/public_html/elara.se/includes/bootstrap.inc on line 2977

What can i do?
It seems my site is locked!
Panic!

Don’t loose your Domain

Anybody can be a fair weather friend. As long as you don't ask much and pay your bill's things can seem fine.
I thought GreenGeeks was fine... until they lost my domain name.
Only when everything was cut off, did I realize how vulnerable I was.
My domain and related email addresses were my businesses only online presence and contact for the last decade.
And only now have I realized that in promising to ‘pay for my domain for life’, and having it transferred to them, that they’d taken total control of it… I’m not even authorized to ask about it.

Good cloud/VPS host for Drupal+CiviCRM

Potentially looking for a new host for a cloud/VPS service that is optimized for Drupal and CiviCRM.

Prefer something with WHM & CPanel and that is fully managed. Looking to replace a Storm on Demand (Liquid Web) server.

Currently running a Storm 4Gb Linux server with 300Gb of space and 2 CPUs. Costs $121, including CentOS 5.10 64-bit with cPanel Fully-managed, plus outgoing bandwidth.

Trying to find something of similar price and at least the same (or better) set up.

Thanks for any recommendations you can give me. : )

The uploaded file likely exceeded the maximum file size

HI everyone I'm working on 7.31. I get the error even if my files are just 50kb example

"An unrecoverable error occurred. The uploaded file likely exceeded the maximum file size (32 MB) that this server supports"

All my php.ini settings are fine upload_max_filesize = 64M after a few tryouts I saw this is happening just with .png files!

any ideas?
