Looking for Windows/IIS6 Shared Hosting Plan for Drupal 5.1 Site

We've already spent considerable energy looking for a shared hosting plan for Windows.

We're specifically looking for support for Drupal 5.1, PHP 5, MySQL 5, and ISAPI ReWrite 3 on a IIS6 server environment because this is the environment loaded on our internal test system.

Midphase supported all but ISAPI ReWrite for shared hosting. All others we contacted were missing one or more pieces.

InfoQuest is testing a new hosting platform that meets all our requirements but will not be available until the end of March or later if their testing uncovers problems.

Clean Url's Problem

I am trying to setup clean URL’s using godaddy with a Deluxe Hosting Plan. I will want to have multiple drupal sites on this one account. (The root website will not be a drupal site.) This is a screen shot of what my hosting setup look like.

what about Bluehost?

Ok, I read the nightmare horror story about Hostgator, which reminds me of Hostmerit, whom I left last year for not honoring the extra fee I paid for addon-domains. I looked at Dreamhost's page, but they want you to pay 5 or 10 yrs in advance to get any kind of good rate, or charge you $50/setup if you want to go monthly. So Hostgator and Dreamhost are out.

Right now I'm on Servage, and mostly they're fine; they serve my needs for my various adult sites without any problems, but Drupal is so db intensive, their db servers are just not up to it -- I click something, and even with a normally very fast ADSL connection, I sit there and wait almost a minute sometimes for anything at all to happen, and that never happens with regular HTML sites. What I really need is a good host for my Drupal site, with fast db servers, to which I might later add other domains without a lot of drama/trauma/expense.

Oh, and I went and checked out drupal value hosting in response to that 75% discount advertised here, but unlike the $20/mo mentioned here for their "super duper monster servers", I found that the price is actually $40/mo, so 75% off still leaves you paying $10/mo, and for a site which doesn't yet have any income, that's too much; plus I get a bad feeling when one price is advertised here and I go there and find it's actually double.

What hosting client has got the least amount of traffic but still provides (willingness to) support for Drupals 5.7 or 6 or greater ?

Because slow speeds are a real turn off in the world of Drupal when you have to edit a site online with heavy accompanying online trafffic, which leads to question #2

Step by step : After finishing the site

Good day,

I am a new member in this comunity. My question is what should I do after I finish the design of the site. I generaly mean, how am I supposed to acces my site from a different computer.
If possible, I would like to know a detailed explication.

Thank you in advance,
Leo

Please stop lying to us!

Though I am new here, I was not born yesterday. I like drupal and would like to host my web site in any web hosting Company that helps the development of this wonderful project. I wish, I could donate money to encourage these generous and kind developers who spend much of their time and resources to give us such nice software for free. To support any web hosting company that support Drupal is the least we can do. But what i am against is that some of you lie strait out about some hosting companies just to deceive others.
