I'm looking to move out from the Dreamhost hell. My Wordpress sites and my phpBB forums have been taking more than 10 seconds to load a single page for more than a month now, read the blingy cluster horror tales in their blog if you want details.

I currently host my site (http://www.millwoodonline.co.uk/) on part of a server which a friend rents from 1&1. Please prove me wrong but it seems to be running very slow.
