Hosting support

Is there somebody out there who uses services of aplus.net and runs Drupal 6.x website with them?
They did an upgrade of their services 2 weeks ago.

According to them, they did the following:

If you use their services, does your Drupal web site run properly?

We developed drupal website on clients demo server. But when we install website on client real server which has better configuration it give us

session error
no redirection (like login rediraction)

What is reasonable downtime from a reputable VPS host?

My Drupal sites have been down now for of 30 hours, and I have not heard from support on over 8 hours.

The server my VPS is on had a raid array failure, and was down for 21 hours. The company (liquidweb) never contacted me. I found out 6 hours after the failure (I'd been in meetings) and when I contacted them, they knew about it and were working on it. When it came back up after 21 hours, they waited 2 hours to inform me. My contact email is on a different host, so that was never the problem.

Thanks to all who emailed me with the specs. It sure made things go much faster. What a great bunch of people! Thanks again!

I am looking for a good drupal hosting provider right now. This process has been surprisingly frustrating because none of the providers seems not to offer an easy solution even to install drupal on the site. I simply can't afford to have time to mess with the drupal installation.
