Hosting support

I've been having some pretty big issues with a website I migrated to IIS6 on Webcentral from an Apache based server.

The issues seem to revolve around either the private file system, or the fact that I cannot use clean URL's, I'm not 100% sure which one is the primary cause, but I suspect fixing either would result in the files being accessed correctly, which would be great.

I am currently on the lookout for a managed VPS hosting company. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I am currently on a VPS package but am not happy with the service of my webhost as everyother day they seem to have some problem or the other with their hardware nodes

The current specs for my VPS are

I planing to change my hosting company. I used drupal for my all website. I need a company that is big and have reputation.
the hosting company have to offer shared and dedicated hosting.
and it is good to offer reseller also

My domain company is godaddy. So pls state also godaddy dedicated

their shared hosting must be cheap ( about 7-8$ )

dedicated server is important for me because some of mywebsite is getting a lot of hit and in dedicated hosting the price is not important. you can go up to $200-300 per month

i have a news publishing site with 10000 registred users, how can i send for theme an spam free newsletter?
is any solution for doing this?
how bbc and other sites do it?

I am managing 100 more sites using Aegir hosting manager. But when i tried to create new aliases for some sites i got the following error in 'verify'
