Keeping Content Restricted to One Page on a Multi-Page Site

Hi All,
I have created a new content type by name vision and added the content by giving the title as Our vision. When i click on the edit option of the content the title of the page is getting as "Edit Our Vision Our Vision". Can anybody help on how to remove the page name and retain the content's title.
