Clarification on the edit option of a content type.

Hi All,
I have created a new content type by name vision and added the content by giving the title as Our vision. When i click on the edit option of the content the title of the page is getting as "Edit Our Vision Our Vision". Can anybody help on how to remove the page name and retain the content's title.

The documentation provided is enough to understand the concepts of drupal,but there is not enough explanation given about the arguments
in views,its usability,syntax etc. & those given is very confusing & not helpful for beginners.
