This isn't so much a technical Drupal question, but more of a procedural question.
We'd like to add french content to our site and have generated all the french pages. We're at the point where the actual content on the page needs to be translated. I'm wondering what is considered common/best practice... do people hire translators who will log in to drupal and translate page content with the Edit form, or is there another way to provide a translator with the content?

I have created a page with English language !! is there any way so that when i change the language using language switcher the English content automatically get changed to new language . I need to do this using .po files . i dono where to place this file for the newly created page . I dont wanna manually sit and type each paragraph in different language instead i want to keep everything in .po file ....help on this!!!
Im using Organic groups and content profiles. I need to show the teaser of the members content profile on the og group node. I can't figure out the right combination of relationships and arguments.
User type views only allows field type display and is not getting the group node because of automatic alias.
Please help! I've been trying to figure this out for like 6 hours.
