Translations

Anyway to get correct flag in the module? I have made quite a few websites that translate to Vietnamese in Westminster CA and the Vietnamese Americans do not support the flag of the north which is the red flag with gold star in the middle. In fact this caused an up roar 10 years ago with the hanging of a poster of Ho Chi Minh who is the communist leader that changed Vietnam in 1975 with the fall of Saigon in the south. I believe an additional flag should be put in there for south Vietnamese Americans which would be the yellow flag with 3 stripes across it.

I have tried to translate my web site i have two languages English (default ) and Bulgarian.
I have followed all steps described here : http://drupal.org/node/275705
I have chosen In the Workflow settings choose Enabled, with translation.
But when i have tried to translate my blog posting and i have opened my English (default) version there missing Translate link which was described in document upstairs.
I have checked all needed modules are enabled.

I am using D7 and wysiwyg module, i want to make tinyMCE work in my language. I had downloaded the tinyMCE language pack in my language and unzip it in the tynyMCE folder. I tried to modify the simple.html file in the tinymce\examples directory to add
tinyMCE.init({
language : "zh-cn", // change language here
mode : "textareas",
theme : "simple"
});
but it didn't work out. Any one know how to solve this problem?

When I add swedish as a language, or any other language (You are here: Home » Administration » Configuration » Regional and language).

I always get this error:
"Error importing interface translations"
"An AJAX HTTP error occurred. HTTP Result Code: 200 Debugging information follows. Path: /batch?render=overlay&id=4&op=do StatusText: OK ResponseText: Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 300 seconds exceeded in C:\wamp\www\drupal\includes\database\database.inc on line 2039"
