Translations

Hi,

Drupal newbie. Working on a bilingual site. Have installed International module and associated recommended modules. I have the site working well, English and French language switch toggles work, content displays properly per language selection. My question is...how do I rename the default 'Home' menu button?

No matter what language is selected, English or French, the 'Home' button is the same. I need it to be 'Accueil' for the French language.

Thoughts?

Is Gettext?
If yes I would like to know how you manage to translate a module etc..
Do you use software or Poedit you translate by hand?

I installed Localized Drupal install profile (l10n_install 6.x-1.0-beta3).. because this is ideal to make a production site with a good language support.

My problem: some modules doesn't get translate... For example: Linkit and Panel module...

My question: What i have to do to translate to spanish Linkit and Panel modules?

I have a Drupal 7 multi-language(3) website. I have installed the Internationalization (7.x-1.0-beta2) module.

I have created for each language a page, and translate it to others two languages.

Now here is what I what to do: To set a kind of intelligent "front-page" to know what language is selected and set the front page(which I choose) in that language.
