Drupal 8.x

Hello everyone and merry christmas,
i wanted to install drupal-8.x-dev (version 4.24.2013)
under windows in the latest version of WAMPSERVEUR 2

when launching the setup script after validation of the choice of language,
just before choosing the profile I get the following message:

The Service Definition "request" does not exist

I would like to know if somebody else have the same probleme like me and if it's yes how did you get over it please ?

I am about to start an intranet project for a small company with wikis, blogs, calendars,instant messaging/shouts and links to BI information. Originally I thought to base it on Open Atrium 1 or 2 but given the imminent arrival of Drupal 8 is it worth hanging on and waiting for that release before embarking on the project?

Any advice greatly appreciated by a Drupal newbie.

Any ideas on how to create a yearly or monthly invoicing system? I'm looking for a simple invoicing system that I can set the client, payment details, due date, and have it simply repeat yearly or monthly, along with a 30 & 60 day reminder before the due date. Is this possible in any particular module? I tried a couple, but they don't have recurring options, and they all use paypal. I generally use bank transfer (as is done in this country). I don't think I need a full ecommerce system, but if it helps, I'll give it a try as well.

I tried to add Bootstrap to Drupal 8 and enable the Bootstrap theme. Bootstrap enables but throws the following error : Uncaught PHP Exception Twig_Error_Runtime: "An exception has been thrown during the rendering of a template ("Object of type "Drupal\\Core\\Field\\FieldItemList" cannot be printed.") in "sites/all/themes/bootstrap/templates/page.html.twig" at line 80." at /var/www/core/vendor/twig/twig/lib/Twig/Template.php line 278
Can anyone please help to resolve this ?
