Using Jquery UI (Tabs) in Drupal 8

I'm new to Theming in Drupal 8 now... and it's of course quite different.
Right now I'm struggling over one simple task... I want to use Jquery Tabs in a node template...
So I build a node--project.html.twig and pasted my a simple HTML-Tabs structure there:

List of global tokes

Hi. Is there any list of global tokes supported by Drupal 8?

For example, when you create a file field, it offer token [date:custom:Y]-[date:custom:m]. Where can I find a full list of tokens?
I need a [random:number] token for my project, but I do not want to install one extra module for that. Maybe D8 support some similar token by itself? For example, for generating UUID?

D8 Composer installation for dummies

Hi,

i installed D8 on a hosted server. Now i want to install composer. What i have to do exactly to made this correctly? What i have tried:

1. This command i executed in my root folder:

php -r "copy('https://getcomposer.org/installer', 'composer-setup.php');"
php composer-setup.php
php -r "unlink('composer-setup.php');"
