I want to know if i could develop mobile responsive sites in Drupal Content Management System. I have learned Bootstrap specially for developing such sites recently. WordPress and other CMS also provide responsive themes for better user experience and high speed down load of web pages. Bootsrap is based on grid system that divides each small/medium/or big screen in 12 grids horizontally. If yes, then please let me know how it works and be useful for creating the responsive sites or web applications?

I am using drupal 7.x from the beginning for our several websites.
I've added several modules and themes for our requirements but all of them used as is.
Right now we are going to start a custom crm application for our requirements.
My questions is; is drupal feasible for such a system or do we have to use a more generic framework ?
We need a web based crm to track customers, create invoices, track balances and communicate with our servers via several apis.
I'm currently working as a UX Designer & Researcher for a a student cooperative housing organization called the ICC. We have an old website that is in serious need of updating, visually and content-wise. We are therefore considering started from scratch and using Drupal to create a new and improved ICC website.
