I'd like to build an e-commerce daily deals website with Drupal 7.
I saw different solutions for the deals : Drupal Commerce + Group Deals .
But I'd like to sort the results based on the user's location. For example: A user who lives in New-York can see products from N-Y in priority.

How can I do that? Do you know a module I can use?

I work at on the creation of a site of e-commerce, on the model of a marketplace.

I quickly tested drupal 8, I saw that Drupal Commerce was going to be rewritten and to optimize for a marketplace for drupal 8.

However, drupal 8 did not go out yet, and numerous modules are in dev.

For a project to be realized in two months, would you recommend me drupal 7 or 8?
